近日，绿地集团旗下绿地城投集团、博大园林公司与西安市常宁新区政府就西安潏河湿地公园项目正式签约，以PPP模式打造西安常宁新城未来的核心生态公园。此举标志着绿地集团积极响应“以社会资本参与城市基础设施建设”的政策导向、加速自身“大基建”战略全国落地再度取得崭新硕果。

本次签约的西安市常宁新区潏河湿地公园及相关工程建设PPP项目总占地面积2634亩，总投资为11.8亿元。

依托“八水润西安”中的潏河自然资源，该项目将主要建设包括滨河景观带、湖面景观区、生态湿地景观区、运动健身区、专类花园区、长安花谷商业区以及农耕文化体验区等七大主题园区，以及神禾塬博物馆、长安明珠、柳青文化园等50余处生态人文景点，并通过建设以河、湖、湿地为主体的水景廊道和由公园高地形成的山地景观廊道，将分散的主题园区、景点串联起来，充分运用造湖、堆山、湿地恢复、景观绿化、雕塑小品、广场建设等工程手段，最终形成独特的景观体验。

据悉，潏河湿地公园项目目前已被国家财政部列入第三批PPP示范项目，亦为西安“八水润西安工程”中的重要工程之一。

该项目有望于2018年底全面建成并对外开放，届时将成为西安城南的生态绿肺和市民旅游休闲观光的宜居胜地。
