“家庭养老院”申请流程
Application process of "family nursing home"
1.申请。符合条件的老年人根据民政部门公布的试点服务机构名单选择适合的服务机构，并向机构提出设立家庭照护床位的申请。
1. Application. Eligible elderly people shall select appropriate service institutions according to the list of pilot service institutions published by the civil affairs department, and apply to the institutions for setting up family care beds.
2.访问。服务机构上门访问，根据老年人身体情况，结合老年人家庭照护状况，经与老年人及其家属协商确认后，为老年人制定家庭照护床位服务计划与方案。
2. Access. The service agency will make a home care bed service plan and scheme for the elderly after consultation and confirmation with the elderly and their families according to their physical conditions and family care conditions.
3.签约。经与老年人及其家属确认后，服务机构与老年人或其代理人签订服务协议，约定服务内容、服务方式、收费等内容。家庭照护床位不收取床位费。照护服务收费参照当前养老服务市场同类服务价格，由服务机构与老年人签订协议确定。

After confirmation with the elderly and their families, the service agency signs a service agreement with the elderly or their agents to agree on the service contents, service methods, charges, etc. There is no bed charge for home care beds.
