为老服务是养老机构的基本宗旨，作为一位养老院院长，顾名思义，每人都会有这个意识。但是要真正从心里具备，觉得确实很不容易。

1、要爱老人，从生活、精神等各个方面关心体贴老人，对他们奉如父母；
